Mr. Daniek Zwarthoed

Daniek Black Hat studied Tax Law at Tilburg University and has been working at Marks Wachters notaries since January 2012. Daniek mainly works in the areas of corporate law and the law of legal entities, but she also deals with commercial real estate and project development.

What Daniek deals with on a daily basis are the activities related to setting up business forms and corporate structures. These include the incorporation of foundations, associations, B.V.’s and N.V.’s, transfers of shares, amendments to the articles of association, mergers, demergers and shareholder agreements. In addition, Daniek advises on employee participations and the design of participation structures.
