About prenuptial agreements
Want to deviate from the limited community of property? Then have a prenuptial agreement drawn up before you get married. In these conditions you can make many property arrangements. Which arrangements depend on your and your partner's situation. Prenuptial agreements have to be established at the notary. If you make your own list of arrangements with your partner, you are bound together by these arrangements, but third parties are not.
