Our office requests your personal data only for the following purposes:

Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens niet voor andere doeleinden, tenzij daarvoor een geldige wettelijke grondslag bestaat en wij u daarover, voor zover vereist, hebben geïnformeerd. Persoonsgegevens worden opgevraagd voor het opmaken van een notariële akte of voor het uitvoeren van een andere opdracht.

Personal data rules in notarized deeds
If our office prepares a notarial deed containing your personal data, the notary must comply with legal regulations. These affect the processing of personal data:

1. The notary is obliged to process certain (personal) data in the deed. Your data is therefore processed on a legal basis.
2. The notary is required to keep the signed deed containing your personal information in perpetuity.
3. Once the deed is signed by the notary, it becomes an official piece of evidence. Then nothing may be changed about it, even if the personal information is incorrect. If changes are needed, the notary must make a new deed incorporating the change.
4. The notary is obliged to check certain (personal) data in the Basisregistraties Personen (BRP), Handelsregister and Kadaster.
5. The notary is required to verify your identity. To do so, he must request a valid proof of identity from you. The notary may also copy this with all the information on it.
6. Your personal data is covered by the notary's professional secrecy. Unauthorized persons will not have access to the data.

For other processing of personal data by our office:

Reviews
We are constantly working to improve our services and make them even more responsive to what is important to you, as a client of our firm. For this reason, we use The Feedback Company to invite you to participate in an assessment survey. Participation in this survey is never mandatory.
The Feedback Company shares the details of your review with us so that we can link the review to your purchased service and/or product. When you leave your (personal) data when reviewing our service and/or product, these data (the name you provide and the content of the review) will be published on our website. It is possible to participate in the review survey anonymously. In this case, your review will be published anonymously on our website. The Feedback Company will also publish your review with the details you provided on its own website. In some cases, The Feedback Company may contact you to request an explanation of your review. Beoordelingen via Google
Na afronding van onze dienstverlening kunnen wij het bij ons bekende e-mailadres gebruiken om u eenmalig en vrijblijvend uit te nodigen onze dienstverlening via Google te beoordelen. De uitnodiging bevat een algemene link naar het Google-profiel van Marks Wachters notarissen. De uitnodiging en de link bevatten geen dossiernummer, informatie over de door u afgenomen dienst of andere inhoudelijke gegevens over uw opdracht. Wij verstrekken voor het versturen van deze uitnodiging geen naam, e-mailadres, dossiergegevens of andere persoonsgegevens aan Google. Wanneer u zelf de link opent, maakt u gebruik van de diensten van Google. Google verwerkt dan de gegevens die u daarbij zelf verstrekt, overeenkomstig de privacyvoorwaarden van Google. U bepaalt zelf of u een beoordeling plaatst en welke informatie u daarin opneemt. Een Google-beoordeling is openbaar zichtbaar via Google. Google-beoordelingen worden door ons niet op de website van Marks Wachters notarissen gepubliceerd. Voor het wijzigen of verwijderen van een door u geplaatste Google-beoordeling kunt u gebruikmaken van de mogelijkheden die Google daarvoor biedt.

U kunt op ieder moment bezwaar maken tegen het gebruik van uw persoonsgegevens voor het versturen van beoordelingsuitnodigingen. U kunt daarvoor contact met ons opnemen via info@markswachters.nl.
