A notarial deed is a document in which agreements and statements are legally recorded. A notarial deed is only legally valid if it has been executed by the notary. A notarial deed is always drawn up in duplicate. Of these, one document is intended for the party involved, and the other document remains with the notary and will be archived.

Tot nu toe lijken zij bij de afwikkeling van de nalatenschap van mijn vader niet thuis te geven. Kunnen geen verklaring van erfrecht maken internationale verklaring al helemaal niet. Legalisatie van handtekeningen is onmogelijk. Er is geen sprake van dienstverlening en nazorg alleen doorverwijzen naar anderen voor genoemde diensten. Erg teleurstellend.
