How do I get a certificate of inheritance?
A certificate of inheritance specifies who may act on behalf of the heirs of a deceased person. With this statement you can make payments, withdraw money and perform other necessary actions.
To have a certificate of inheritance drawn up, please feel free to make an appointment via: 040-2448855.
When visiting our office, please bring with you a proof of identity, proof of death and, if applicable, the marriage certificate of the deceased. If the will has been drawn up at another notary's office, we request to bring the will itself with you as well.
