In a preparatory conversation, Mrs. Eveline Claes gave a clear explanation of the contents of each part of the will, after which she prepared a draft. After working out the concept, of which we received a description in understandable language, we had the possibility to make changes or to ask for an explanation. The signing of the will was done in a pleasant way. In short, we are very satisfied with Marks Wachters and were helped in a pleasant and professional way by Mrs. Eveline Claes.

Marks Wachters notaries helped us with our prenuptial agreement in a very good and pleasant way. When you are organizing your wedding you do not want to have to think about 'what if...', but as independent entrepreneurs we wanted to think about this and make arrangements. Remy helped us excellently and was not only very knowledgeable and skilled, but was above all very friendly, helpful, thoughtful and knew how to take us along in clear language and with examples into the sometimes technical language that is apparently at times necessary to describe things properly.
