Interpreters at Marks Wachters
More and more people are coming to the Eindhoven region from abroad to work here for companies such as Philips, ASML, Neways, NXP, VDL and other companies with employees from different countries. Often these employees run into a language problem when they come to the notary. They are not proficient in the Dutch language and therefore it is difficult to understand which documents they need to have with them, what exactly they are signing and what consequences this has.
Interpreters
We use our interpreters when foreign clients purchase a house in the Netherlands or enter into a financing arrangement, or when entrepreneurs wish to establish a company in the Netherlands and the founder is not proficient in Dutch or English. Although the deeds are drawn up in the Dutch language, an interpreter is present during the execution of the deeds to convey the content of the deeds to the foreign clients.
Bij Marks Wachters notarissen vinden wij het belangrijk dat onze cliënten weten welke documenten ze ondertekenen, welke consequenties hieraan verbonden zijn en dat onze cliënten daar goed over worden geïnformeerd. Naar onze mening is het dan ook van wezenlijk belang dat wanneer een cliënt de Nederlandse taal niet machtig is, hij wordt geïnformeerd in een taal die hij wel begrijpt en zodoende kennis heeft van de inhoud van de documenten die hij ondertekend en wat de consequenties daarvan zijn. Dat is waarom wij ons hebben gespecialiseerd in het verlenen van diensten aan niet-Nederlandstalige klanten bij het opstellen van akten en andere documenten en kunnen bij ons de besprekingen in deze talen plaatsvinden aangezien ons kantoor beschikt over het beste netwerk van tolken en vertalers.

Entrepreneurs often need the notarial deeds in English, German, French or Polish to do business with their Dutch company in their country of residence. We therefore offer the deeds in multiple languages if necessary.
