Extremely friendly reception by the receptionist. The lady who discussed the will with me did so in plain, understandable language, no highfalutin stuff. Very pleasant. At the final signing, if necessary, everything was gone through. The final signing by the notary also took place in a relaxed atmosphere. Very pleasant.
