Good. However, it would be nice if there was more transparency regarding the substantiation of cost items in the assignment letter. Perhaps these are based on an hourly rate, or a standard flat fee.
Passing purchase deed and mortgage deed for residential property. Received several drafts in advance by e-mail. During the passing of the deed, attention was paid to the person and advice was given, both solicited and unsolicited. I experienced this as positive.
