Notary , clear overview
The transfer of our house went perfectly. We were constantly kept informed about the progress of the dossier, even bringing forward the transfer date at the last minute was no problem at all; in no time that too was settled and everything went smoothly. Extremely friendly notary and staff.

In preparation, everything was tightly organized. Also did interim reviews and had focus on the process. Took questions seriously and fed back the necessary information to have the right feeling at the final contract signing. This took place during the time when the coronavirus had spread in the Netherlands. The appointment for final transfer was on March 23 and thus very fraught. Did not really enjoy that moment. The feeling that lingers is conveyor belt work. Someone is called as a witness. Coffee while waiting. All in all 10 minutes of waiting and 5 minutes of signing and done. Had a different experience during an earlier transfer with another notary. No time was really taken to make this an experience as well. This could just as well have been done cold online. Sense of pride, becoming the owner of a first property. Could have been done as well say. And where you would then base the amount of notary fees on compared to another low budget.... I unfortunately didn't notice the difference.
