Robert Mirck joined in 2021 as an acting candidate notary public and partner. With his years of experience, partly international and as office owner in Breda, Robert leads Marks Wachters' real estate practice.

I always enjoy the challenge of actively thinking with clients. To come up with the best solution together. I get great satisfaction from advising and supporting clients at important moments in their lives.

Notary Petra de Jong joined Marks Wachters as a partner in September 2024. With her specialist knowledge based on decades of notarial experience, she strengthens the quality of Marks Wachters notaries.

Han Kersten has been with Marks Wachters for a long time, since 2014 as a candidate notary and since the spring of 2021 as notary and partner. Under his leadership, Marks Wachters has embarked on a new course with a focus on committed and high-quality service that differs from the traditional notary's office. Han leads the firm's corporate law practice.
