Anne van Uden - van Dijk officially sworn in as notary at Marks Wachters notaries Nuenen

On September 30, 2019, Anne was sworn in as a notary in the District Court of Oost-Brabant. As of today, October 1, Anne is officially a notary at Marks Wachters notarissen Nuenen at Parkstraat 54 in Nuenen.

Anne graduated in Notarial Law and Tax Law from the University of Nijmegen in 2012. Since then, she has been working as a candidate notary in general practice. In addition, she completed the professional Notarial training in June 2016. Since September 2016, Anne has strengthened the team in Nuenen as a candidate notary.

From the beginning of 2018, Anne has also been associated with the firm as an entrepreneur. Since then, she has been involved in, among other things, the steps to succeed former notary Tsjeard Fokkema. He had been working with Marks Wachters notaries since September 1, 2014. Now that Anne has been appointed notary, she will take over all of Tsjeard Fokkema's work. Yesterday, September 30, Tsjeard Fokkema therefore officially signed his last deed as notary in Nuenen, as of today notary Anne van Uden - van Dijk will sign the deeds in Nuenen.

With her young age of 32, her own way of thinking and a modern office in Nuenen, Anne is keen to make a difference within the sometimes very traditional notarial practice. Besides explaining everything in a personal way and in understandable language, Anne goes through the steps from discussion to signing a deed with relations and clients. This ensures that everything becomes understandable for them.
