Jaap van Zwet

Jaap van Zwet works within the specialization of corporate and legal entities law. Jaap has been associated with Marks Wachters notaries since 2011 and before that he worked for a short time as a lawyer in a notaries and lawyers practice.

The work Jaap performs all has a link to the entrepreneur or business. For example, Jaap is often involved in setting up business forms and corporate structures, selling or acquiring companies, buying or selling corporate real estate, setting up investment structures, facilitating business successions within families and similar corporate law matters. Jaap also regularly acts as a dispute resolver or mediator in conflicts within families, shareholder meetings or board meetings, and he lectures on topics related to his work.
