Quality Impulse
Han Kersten (31) studied Notarial Law at the University of Nijmegen and joined Marks Wachters notaries in 2014 as a novice candidate notary. Prior to that, he gained two years of notarial experience at another notary's office. In 2017, Han completed the professional notarial training cum laude. From then on, he was already an acting candidate notary at Marks Wachters notaries.
Han focuses primarily on corporate law. In his practice, Han advises many SMEs, family businesses and start-ups. In addition to his knowledge of corporate law, Han also has extensive knowledge of personal and family law and real estate law.
“I have become convinced throughout my career that the identity of an office has to fit you if you want to succeed there as an entrepreneur.”
Han Kersten
Notary
With his appointment as notary, Han is the second notary at Marks Wachters notaries in Eindhoven. During his career Han has seen how Marks Wachters has taken a different path as a notary's office. The firm started to emphasize a clear and committed service of high quality. At Marks Wachters, the service really needed to be different from what clients are used to from a traditional notary's office. Han himself was involved in this change, which is why his vision is already deeply rooted in the organization. Han is looking forward to working together with the team of Marks Wachters notaries to further build a great organization and is very much looking forward to serving the clients and associates of the Eindhoven office in his new role as notary.
