Eindhoven notary offices Helder and Marks Wachters start cooperation

From September 1, 2024, HELDER / notaries and Marks Wachters notaries will join forces and start a partnership. From then on, Helder will continue under the flag of Marks Wachters and both teams will work together from the office at Insulindelaan 115 in Eindhoven.

Helder and Marks Wachters are both full-service notary firms with extensive expertise in (commercial) real estate, estate planning, personal and family law and corporate law and focus on both private and corporate clients. Petra de Jong and Jasper van Zutphen of Helder on the partnership: ‘by partnering with Marks Wachters, we ensure the future-proofing of our practices and increase the capacity to best serve our clients’.

Quality Impulse 

Han Kersten of Marks Wachters expects that the years of experience of Helder's team can provide a new quality boost and contribute to the training of Marks Wachters's talented team. Han: ‘the experience that Jasper and Petra bring with them from Helder but also from renowned large notary offices will help us further in realizing the ambitions of Marks Wachters notaries’.

The next few weeks will be marked by the integration of the offices. The team of formerly HELDER / notaries will continue to be accessible via the current telephone numbers and email addresses for the time being. Helder and Marks Wachters expect to soon reap the benefits of the collaboration, with around fifty enthusiastic colleagues working continuously towards the goal of being the most accessible, committed and efficient notary office in Greater Eindhoven.
