Mr. Han Kersten

Han Kersten heeft Notarieel Recht gestudeerd aan de Universiteit van Nijmegen en is sinds 2014 werkzaam bij Marks Wachters notarissen. Daarvoor heeft Han ook al 2 jaar ervaring op gedaan in het notariaat bij een ander notariskantoor.  Han heeft de beroepsopleiding notariaat in 2017 cum laude afgerond en begin 2021 is hij beëdigd tot notaris bij Marks Wachters.

Han focuses primarily on corporate law and advising entrepreneurs in general. In his practice, Han advises many SMEs, family businesses and start-ups. He has extensive expertise in the field of B.V. structures and legal form choices, the restructuring of companies and the drafting of financing agreements. Han also advises on the formation of cooperation agreements or on business acquisitions. Han also has extensive knowledge of personal and family law and real estate law.
